Inuyasha~~

InuYasha is a show that takes place in the feudal era in Japan. InuYasha is a half dog demon boy who as been in a spell for 50 years trap to a tree, because he wanted to steal the sacred shikon jewel (aka jewel of four souls) which every demon wants to get their hands on from the priestess Kikyo. During that time Inuyasha was in the spell, Kikyo died and was reincarnated into a normal girl named Kagome. She had just turn 15 and was dragged down a well and into the feudal era by a demon. There she sees Inuyasha trap to a tree and somehow frees him. Then the Shikon Jewel came out of her body and Inuyasha killed the demon but only to make sure he get the shard. So, Kagome threw the jewel out a window and a demon crow took it and they were after it, when kagome took a bow and arrow and shot the bird killing it, but, also breaking the jewel and scattering it all around feudal Japan. So now Inuyasha is on the hunt for the shards and Kagome has to help him recover the shards before its to late .So from there the adventure continues.

More Info~~

Inuyasha's name clearly means "dog-demon". He is an offspring of a human and a youkai, the proper name for this is hanyou. Hanyou's are rather mistreated from both sides of the human race and youkai race; due to humans fearing youkais and youkais looking down to them as weaklings. This is what Inuyasha faced through his childhood years(aww) and later on in life. With the world against him, he had grown up to be selfish, cold hearted, ill-manared, stubborn and much of a loner. Relying on himself and no one else. Although his mother cared for her child, sadly, she died in the end. Another soon came into his life to show affection for him.T he miko [priestess], Kikyo. Even then, tragedy had fallen upon the two. 50 years later, he is awaken by a girl, named Kagome, who looks familiar but not by much to Kikyo.

InuYasha's Family

Inuyasha's father is described as a giant inu [dog] who was a very strong lord of the western lands. Although he can take form of a human, just like any other full youkai can. It is said, he had a soft heart for humans, and fell in love with a priestess. He died shortly when Inu Yasha was little, he didnt have many memories of him, but he remembers his mother very well. Inu-Taisho makes his apperence in the 3 Inuyasha movies even though we only get glimpes of him and learn more about him.

Sesshoumaru

Sesshoumaru [meaning= "Destruction of the circle of Life"] is Inuyasha's half older brother. These two do not get along for nothing. They are constently fighting against each other espcially for Tetsusaiga. He hates his little brother; for being a Hanyou and having a weakness for humans. He is quite powerful and can change into a giant inu, just like his father, he is cold hearted and would kill anything, without a second thought. But later on Sesshomaru's heart also starts to feel and becomes soft but not too soft but for one human it does.
